Aquesta jornada, que s&#8217;emmarca dins d&#8217;una s\u00e8rie de trobades que se celebraran al llarg de l&#8217;any, t\u00e9 com a objectiu refor\u00e7ar el valor del treball col\u00b7laboratiu en la construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;entorns laborals diversos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La jornada, que tingut lloc a les oficines de Huawei a Madrid, ha reunit professionals amb responsabilitat transversals en empreses capdavanteres dels seus sectors -des de la gesti\u00f3 de persones fins a l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia corporativa- amb l&#8217;objectiu de compartir bones pr\u00e0ctiques, inspirar noves inciatives i teixir xarxes de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amb un format pr\u00f2xim i participatiu, l&#8217;esdeveniment ha abordat la necessitat urgent de passar del desig a l&#8217;acci\u00f3 en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;inclusi\u00f3: encara que el 78% de les empreses expressen la seva intenci\u00f3 de millorar la diversitat en el seus equips, nom\u00e9s el 12% aconsegueix resultats tangibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Experi\u00e8ncies reals cap a la inclusi\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un dels moments clau de la trobada ha estat el di\u00e0leg entre Bego\u00f1a Barbera, responsable de Diversitat i Projectes d&#8217;Iberdrola, i Javer Marz\u00e1, Chief Diversity Officer de GLS Spain, qui han compartit les seves experi\u00e8ncies i reflexions pel que fa a la construcci\u00f3 d&#8217;una cultura inclusiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Una cultura inclusiva \u00e9s aquella que valora i respecta la diversitat, garantint igualtat d&#8217;oportunitats per a tots&#8221;, ha afirmat Javier Marz\u00e1, que ha destacat el comprom\u00eds de GLS Spain per la inclusi\u00f3 m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del compliment legal, promovent pol\u00edtiques des del seu departament de diversitat. En la seva intervenci\u00f3, tamb\u00e9 ha reconegut el desafiaments que enfronta una empresa del sector log\u00edstic, on l&#8217;estructura operativa pot dificultar la implantaci\u00f3 de determinades iniciatives inclusives. Aix\u00ed i tot, ha posat en relleu la voluntat de la companyia d&#8217;avan\u00e7ar en aquest \u00e0mbit i la seva aposta per una inclusi\u00f3 real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per part seva, Bego\u00f1a Barbera ha subratllat que la inclusi\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 implica la creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;entorns de treball on tots els talents siguin valorats i puguin desplegar tot el seu potencial per a aportar el m\u00e0xim valor en benefici de les comunitats on operen. &#8220;La nostra aposta per la igualtat d&#8217;oportunitats no nom\u00e9s t\u00e9 una vessant interna, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 externa a abastant accions estrat\u00e8giques amb tots els nostres grups d&#8217;inter\u00e8s&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Una comunitat que comparteix aprenentatges i construeix solucions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A m\u00e9s d&#8217;inspirar a trav\u00e9s de casos reals,<em> Caf\u00e9s por la Inclusi\u00f3n<\/em> ha ofert als assistents un espai per a compartir aprenentatges, constrastar enfocaments i construir propostes conjuntes que ajudin a avan\u00e7ar en el disseny i implementaci\u00f3 d&#8217;estrat\u00e8gies DEI m\u00e9s efectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despr\u00e9s de la pon\u00e8ncia incial, les persones assistents han participat en un taller col\u00b7laboratiu i un debat obert, on han pogut compartir reptes, estrat\u00e8gies i bones pr\u00e0ctiques relacionades amb la diversitat, l&#8217;equitat i la inclusi\u00f3 en les seves organitzacions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durant la jornada, s&#8217;han presentat idees i procediments orientats a sensibilitzar els equips, millorar la formaci\u00f3 del lideratge intermedi, adaptar llocs de treball a persones amb discapacitat i establir plans concrets d&#8217;inclusi\u00f3 que responguin a les caracter\u00edstiques de cada organitzaci\u00f3. L&#8217;intercanvi d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncies ha refor\u00e7at la idea que la inclusi\u00f3 no \u00e9s una f\u00f3rmula \u00fanica, sin\u00f3 un proc\u00e9s adaptatiu que ha de construir-se des de la realitat de cada empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Aquest espai \u00e9s m\u00e9s que un esdeveniment.
