{"id":29666,"date":"2025-04-10T07:50:00","date_gmt":"2025-04-10T07:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eurofirmsfoundation.org\/es\/?p=29666"},"modified":"2026-01-07T07:53:48","modified_gmt":"2026-01-07T07:53:48","slug":"dialogos-inclusion-eurofirms-discapacitat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eurofirmsfoundation.org\/es\/ca\/noticias\/dialogos-inclusion-eurofirms-discapacitat\/","title":{"rendered":"El 88 de les persones amb discapacitat oculta la seva condici\u00f3 per por a la discriminaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eurofirms&nbsp;Foundation&nbsp;ha celebrat avui la quarta edici\u00f3 de <strong>&#8220;Di\u00e1logos per la Inclusi\u00f3n&#8221;<\/strong>, una taula de di\u00e0leg que busca reflexionar sobre els prejudicis i estereotips que afecten les persones amb discapacitat en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit laboral.&nbsp;Malgrat els avan\u00e7os en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;inclusi\u00f3,&nbsp;el 88% d&#8217;aquestes persones prefereix no comunicar la seva condici\u00f3 per por de ser discriminades.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sota el lema <strong><em>&#8220;Talent&nbsp;is&nbsp;everywhere<\/em><\/strong>&#8220;, l&#8217;esdeveniment ha reunit&nbsp;veus referents en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de la inclusi\u00f3 i la diversitat:&nbsp;<strong>Ainhoa Casta\u00f1o,<\/strong> guanyadora dels premis&nbsp;DonaTIC&nbsp;2023&nbsp;en la categoria d&#8217;Estudiant Universit\u00e0ria i Talent Jove&nbsp;i activista sobre l&#8217;autisme;&nbsp;<strong>Mac Ram\u00edrez<\/strong>, professional de la comunicaci\u00f3 i defensora de la diversitat;&nbsp;<strong>Jan&nbsp;Millastre<\/strong>,&nbsp;president i coordinador t\u00e8cnic de projectes GERDD,&nbsp;qui despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un accident laboral va haver d&#8217;enfrontar-se a una societat influenciada per la imatge;&nbsp;<strong>Jos\u00e9 Coronado<\/strong>,&nbsp;fundador&nbsp;i director del TRAM Barcelona Open, torneig internacional de tennis en cadira de rodes; i&nbsp;<strong>Eva&nbsp;Cerri<\/strong>, consultora de D&amp;I i moderadora de l&#8217;esdeveniment.&nbsp;Tots ells&nbsp;han compartit les seves experi\u00e8ncies personals i professionals per a visibilitzar els reptes que encara persisteixen en aquest \u00e0mbit.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un dels punts centrals de la trobada ha estat l&#8217;impacte dels biaixos i prejudicis a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;accedir a l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3.&nbsp;De fet, les&nbsp;persones amb discapacitat tenen gaireb\u00e9 un 50% menys de probabilitats de ser cridades a una entrevista de treball. <em>&#8220;El que \u00e9s important \u00e9s&nbsp;que,&nbsp;en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit laboral, igual que en l&#8217;esport, el talent sigui el que es valori, no la discapacitat<\/em>&#8220;, ha afirmat Jos\u00e9 Coronado durant la seva intervenci\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per part seva, <strong>Mac Ram\u00edrez<\/strong> ha destacat la necessitat que les empreses adoptin una mirada m\u00e9s inclusiva: <em>&#8220;De vegades es tendeix a avaluar la v\u00e0lua professional per la disponibilitat total, sense tenir en compte que la productivitat no sempre dep\u00e8n de les hores. Les empreses haurien d&#8217;aprendre a escoltar m\u00e9s, perqu\u00e8 amb petits ajustos podem rendir fins i tot millor<\/em>&#8220;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;esdeveniment tamb\u00e9 ha abordat els desafiaments que enfronten les persones amb discapacitat en la transici\u00f3 del m\u00f3n acad\u00e8mic al laboral.&nbsp;En aquest aspecte&nbsp;Ainhoa Casta\u00f1o ha&nbsp;destacat que&nbsp;&#8220;<em>les empreses necessiten flexibilitzar els seus processos i escoltar els seus empleats amb discapacitat. No es tracta nom\u00e9s d&#8217;accessibilitat f\u00edsica, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 d&#8217;accessibilitat cognitiva, de comunicaci\u00f3 i d&#8217;estructura&#8221;<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aix\u00ed mateix,&nbsp;tamb\u00e9 han&nbsp;reflexionat sobre el pes de la primera impressi\u00f3 en la percepci\u00f3 de les persones amb discapacitat.&nbsp;Jan&nbsp;Millastre&nbsp;ha afirmat que, en la seva experi\u00e8ncia,&nbsp;&#8220;<em>amb&nbsp;nom\u00e9s mirar-me la gent assumeix moltes coses. He apr\u00e8s que la primera impressi\u00f3 pesa massa, per\u00f2 que es pot canviar demostrant qui ets m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l&#8217;aparen\u00e7a. No som la nostra discapacitat, som molt m\u00e9s que aix\u00f2&#8221;<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eva&nbsp;Cerri&nbsp;ha clausurat l&#8217;esdeveniment&nbsp;compartint un missatge clar:&nbsp;<em>\u201cDi\u00e1logos \u00e9s un espai en el qual compartim experi\u00e8ncies o reflexions personals i pr\u00f2ximes a les viv\u00e8ncies reals de les persones, prestant especial atenci\u00f3 a l&#8217;impacte que generen, en aquest cas, els biaixos i els prejudicis en l&#8217;entorn laboral. Prendre consci\u00e8ncia que totes les persones tenim una manera de comprendre el m\u00f3n, i, per tant, tenim biaixos \u00e9s el primer pas per a&nbsp;entendre&nbsp;el desafiament que compr\u00e8n buscar una mirada amable cap a la inclusi\u00f3\u201d<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per la seva part Javier Azor\u00edn,&nbsp;Responsable&nbsp;de Talent i Transformaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Iberdrola Espa\u00f1a, ha volgut destacar: <em>\u201cA Iberdrola creiem que el talent no ent\u00e9n de barreres ni etiquetes. Per aix\u00f2, estem encantats de donar suport a aquesta edici\u00f3 de &#8220;Di\u00e1logos por la Inclusi\u00f3n&#8221;, que convida a reflexionar sobre els estereotips que encara persisteixen cap a les persones amb discapacitat en l&#8217;entorn laboral. Participar en iniciatives com aquesta refor\u00e7a el nostre comprom\u00eds de construir un entorn laboral m\u00e9s just, accessible i hum\u00e0, on totes les persones puguin desenvolupar-se professionalment en igualtat de condicions\u201d<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Campanyes&nbsp;per&nbsp;la&nbsp;inclusi\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amb <strong><em>&#8220;<\/em>Di\u00e1logos por la Inclusi\u00f3n&#8221;<\/strong>, Eurofirms&nbsp;Foundation&nbsp;refor\u00e7a el seu comprom\u00eds amb la inclusi\u00f3 sociolaboral de les persones amb discapacitat, alineant-se amb les seves campanyes de conscienciaci\u00f3 que desafien prejudicis i fomenten el canvi social. Una de les seves iniciatives m\u00e9s recents, <em>#TalentIsEverywhere<\/em>,&nbsp;i en la qual s&#8217;emmarca aquesta iniciativa,&nbsp;destaca que el talent est\u00e0 en totes les persones, promovent una visi\u00f3 m\u00e9s equitativa de la societat. Des de 2020, les seves campanyes han abordat diferents aspectes de la inclusi\u00f3, des de la import\u00e0ncia de la primera impressi\u00f3 en &#8220;Canviem l&#8217;enfocament&#8221; (2023) fins a la visibilitat del lideratge en &#8220;Hola, soc aqu\u00ed&#8221; (2022)&nbsp;o&nbsp;&#8220;Igual de professionals&#8221; (2021).
